As a finishing salt or dry rub ingredient, you have the option to use this how you like. It’s just salt and sugar. Work into ground beef, turkey or pork for burgers or sprinkle over veggies for the grill. You could build a rub and add this combination for next level flavor. It’s garlicky and smoky, weirdly spicy and sweet! Too sticky for the jars I sell it in bags only. The flavor will continue to cure and the color will get darker. A nice round mason jar would make sure you get to every drop!
