You need a special blend to flavor the delicate meat of poultry on the BBQ pit. The Classic Poultry Rub works especially well when you stuff the cavity of a whole bird with lemon and orange sections.
Salt is not included in this blend. When cooking a whole bird, use the rub inside and out and salt the bird separately. If cooking individual pieces of poultry, use the rub on all sides and salt as desired.
Contains: rosemary, celery flakes, marjoram, sage, onion flakes, peppercorns, dried garlic, and thyme.
