If it’s the Carolina style BBQ that you prefer, here is your blend! Use Carolina Rub as a dry rub and/or a wet sauce. If you’re grilling Carolina style, you’re grilling pork. It’s a great match up with the dry rub and tart sauce. Try mixing the blend in your coleslaw recipe too! To make the wet sauce, combine 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1 cup tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup water in saucepan. Add 2 Tbsp of blend. Stir over low heat for 20 minutes. Adjust to taste.
