Bean & Vegetable Soup Mix


Bring contents of bag to a boil for 5 minutes with 8 cups of vegetable stock, then simmer 2 hours to soften. Add a ham hock, if you wish. When beans are tender add whole or crushed tomatoes, maybe some diced ham. Add garlic and more aromatics if you like and experiment with different seasonings, chili powders, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
