Wild Rice & Vegetable Soup Mix


Instructions: Bring contents of bag to a boil with 8 cups of water or stock, then cover and simmer for 45 – 60 minutes, add water or stock if needed. To season, try basil, thyme, garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper. You could add some tomato puree, condensed mushroom soup, diced beef, chicken or ham



Contains: Minnesota grown wild rice, barley, green and yellow peas

Vegetables: onion, carrots, whole kernel sweet corn, celery, green beans, green and white leeks, green and red bell pepper
