Ozark Applewood Rub is yet another “wood flavor” in our Ozark Series. Based on our customers love of applewood smoke powder, we created this rub and find it is a natural partner for pork and chicken. Try it on a smoked turkey breast or in turkey burgers for outstanding flavor.
