South & Western Spice Blend

Been asked a lot for a low salt seasoning for fajitas with some great Southwest flavor. The South & Western Spice Blend definitely delivers. With the use of Hatch and Ancho chiles along with some basic Southwest ingredients, I made a great blend for your next chicken or beef fajitas. Try using it to spice up some fresh salsa or just about anything for some true Southwest flavor.
Ingredients: smoked paprika, garlic, ground chiles, pepper, salt, mustard, sugar, cumin, cayenne, thyme, oregano, sage
