Description
Coratina Olives are primarily grown in the Puglia region of Southern Italy, and named after the town of Corato. The antioxidants in Coratina oil are know to prevent cellular aging and protection from free radicals. Best use for cold applications and finishing, such as dipping bread, dressings, drizzle over roasted or grilled vegetables, avocado toast, soups, creamy cheeses as burrata and ricotta, and, of course, hummus.
