This sea salt has a bold dark color and is fine enough to use as a finishing salt for most any dish and is milder than most other salts in taste. It’s created by combining this high-quality sea salt with activated charcoal from the shells of coconuts, resulting in a complex deep, dark color and hard, granular texture. Color presentation and a wonderfully mild flavor would be a great addition to vegetables, chicken, or fish.
