Ancho Blond Rub is a special blend, made as requested for prime rib. It’s a very bold, complimentary flavor. The flavor of the chili powder is there, but not overly spicy., not much direct heat. This will work on any kind of meat, chicken, chops, steaks, or prime rib as well, and exactly how I would use it. The bay leaves and chili powder really make this blend work.
