I keep Black Garlic Sea Salt around for eggs and potatoes. It has the deep, slow-cooked taste of black garlic, but you use it like the salt that’s already sitting by the stove.

Try it on breakfast tomorrow. If there’s any left by supper, put it on roasted potatoes.
