Description
Dried white vinegar powder may be re-hydrated back to liquid with a ratio of roughly 1 part powder to 2 parts water, and can be use as a substitute for the liquid product. Use in soups, stews, dressings for salads or vegetables, and would be go-to in tangy dips. Add to herb blends for vegetables or mix into rubs for all different kinds of meat.
