Description
Sencha Tea is made from the first tender leaves of the tea plant. The leaves are harvested in early summer, steamed, twisted, and dried.
Taste: Chinese Sencha tea is not as bitter as traditional green teas. Its flavor is light, nutty and almost minty, and it features delicate vegetal and mineral undertones.
