Description
Santa Maria Seasoning or cooking in the style of, started out west in the mid-19th century. The seasoning was primarily used on tri-tip, but use this on other cuts of steak or beef as well. A grilled steak or tri tip paired with some pinquito beans, a nice fresh green salad, fresh salsa, and some grilled french bread and butter. Try on chops, chicken, vegetables, even some fish.
Ingredients: fresh ground black pepper, onion, garlic, sea salt, red bell pepper, parsley, citric acid
