Description
A fun, Southwest style blend for adding to roasted or fresh salsa, black beans or green salads. Use as a marinade, add freshly squeezed lime juice and a light oil. Blend 1-2 TB. in 2 TB. water, let stand 5 minutes. Mix with 1/2 cup oil and 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (2 to 3 limes). Whisk and refrigerate. Drizzle over chopped tomatoes tossed with red onions and goat cheese.
