Niko’s Chop House Rub

A chop seasoning should have bold flavor since they don’t bring much on their own. Niko Chop House Rub is a take on Asian-style chop house flavor. Something that would work on chicken or pork in a stir-fry or stand on its own on the grill. It has a nice garlic, onion flavor with some ginger to add sweetness and a bite of heat. Works great on scrambled eggs! This blend on grilled meat, then added to stir-fry dishes with veggies over rice or noodles in any kind of sweet or spicy sauce would be some seriously good eats.
