This Mediterranean Salad Dressing blend came from a customer’s suggestion about using red sumac in salads. This blends pulls in some Mediterranean flavors that add a real freshness to salads not found in bottled versions. It is light & crisp, not heavy with too much salt and ingredients that weigh salad down.
Contains: red sumac, pepper, oregano, thyme, dillweed, shallots, lemon peel, garlic, salt, and other spices.
Mix 2 Tbsp of blend with 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar and 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Whisk in 1/2 cup olive oil.
