Meadows of France

Meadows of France is a fresh flavored herb blend you can pretty much use in anything. Chive and chopped shallot can go a long way in the kitchen. A simple addition to enhance soups and stews or to season vegetables. Different than other traditional French blends, adding shallot adds a subtle sweetness so the herbs aren’t overwhelming. No garlic or salt in this one, add garlic where you require and season with good sea salt how you like. It really depends on what you’re cooking.

Ingredients: shallot, chives, dillweed, green peppercorn, basil, tarragon, chervil, bay leaf
