Lemon Peel Granules

Lemon Peel Granules: Citrus limon, lemon’s Latin name, while not tasty on its own, is frequently used more often in medicinal preparations. Lemon peel contains a great amount of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, ascorbic acid and vitamin A, as well as volatile oil and hesperidin. Lemon peel granules are made from natural, dried lemon peel.

When added to herbal teas, lemon peel granules offer added aroma and enhances the taste. Reconstitute by adding to boiling water for 5-10 minutes or rest 1-2 hours in cold water. You can then substitute 1 tsp dried lemon peel for 1 tsp fresh grated lemon peel.
