Description
Keemun Congou is often referred to as the “burgundy of teas” due to its superb bouquet. It is from north China and is a black, full-bodied, sweet liquoring tea, that produces a dark red cup. Keemun Congou is considered one of the best Chinese black teas.
Caffeine: In general, black tea has less than half the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similarsized cup of coffee.
Directions: Prepare as a tea – Pour 6 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes, strain, and serve.
