Description
This Italian Sausage Seasoning is nicely in the middle, heat-wise. It’s not mild, not too spicy and just enough sea salt to season the blend. You can add this as a seasoning for pasta, pizza sauce or anything lacking bold Italian flavor. To make sausage mix 2 to 3 Tbsp. to 1 lb. ground pork. Let it merry for an hour, then fry up a small patty and adjust the seasoning if needed.
