The same Koroneiki Greek olive oil infused with garlic & Aleppo chile, a very mild chile with a nice fruity flavor. Use as a bread dipper, in salad dressing, marinades for meat, or spritz onto vegetables for roasting or grilling. Add some GOOD freshly grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese and use in a number of wonderful things.
