Description

Honey Ghee is a mixture of 40% Pacific Northwest clover blossom honey and 60% of the slightly salty caramel-like flavor of brown butter ghee, straight from grass-fed Pacific Northwest cows. Handcrafted in small batches, it’s Kosher and Paleo friendly. The soft creamy texture spreads easily on waffles, pancakes, toast, muffins, bagels, or soften and drizzle over granola. Use this in making awesome kettle corn and take roasting vegetables, nuts,  or meats to next level flavors.
