Add a traditional smoky taste with Hickory Smoke Powder. Great for meats and sausage and as a substitute for liquid smoke with a dry form is preferred. Don’t forget to add it to your dry rubs and marinades. Give those ordinary baked beans a flavor boost with a little smoke flavor. Use sparingly as a little goes a long way.
