Habanero Chile Pepper, Dried

One of the world’s hottest chiles. Unripe habaneros are green, and they color as they mature. Common colors include orange and red, but white, brown, and pink are also found. They feature intense, fiery, acidic heat with tropical fruit flavors of coconut and papaya. The habanero is the main ingredient in jerks and many hot sauces. Use it to spark up your favorite chili recipe or fajitas.

Be sure to keep hands away from eyes and other sensitive areas after coming in contact with the chiles. After handling the chiles, wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water.
