Golden Milk Tea

Golden milk, or Haldi Doodh as it is known in India, is a turmeric based tea in the Ayurvedic tradition. Originally, simply made of cow’s milk, turmeric, black pepper, and oil, this rich drink has evolved to include other healthful spices such as ginger and cinnamon. The traditional flavors of a golden milk powder blend show in this loose-leaf blend of spices. Enjoy steeped hot water, simmer as a decoction, or steep in a dairy or plant-based milk alternatives for a tasty vegan treat. And is caffeine free. Use up to 1 Tbsp. per 8 oz.
