Fresh Coastal Seafood Blend was a welcome customer request. No salt with dill, parsley, chives, a fresh herb citrus flavor, and a little bite to balance. Done! The herbs were left as course as possible, so you can crush with your fingers as you apply, a rule I follow and highly recommend. Storing it course will ensure a better quality of freshness, and more of a lively flavor when you crush and grind as you add to dishes. Made this for fish mainly, as requested, but it would work on chicken, chops, in soups, or on potatoes, it could work in a lot of dishes. It’s just a fresh flavor you can lightly season with salt yourself, and maybe an extra squeeze of fresh lemon.
