Add this dry mix of vegetables to soups, roasts, stews, and other dishes with enough liquid to reconstitute. Or hydrate with 3 parts water or stock to 1 part dry vegetables, simmer 10 minutes, add more liquid if needed and use as a side dish with rice or in casseroles.
