Creole Seasoning takes on its French roots and blends well with the base of most meals, the classic “trinity.” You will notice a slight heat, but not as intense as Cajun spice.  Creole Seasoning can be used to season sauces or flavor a roux – works well with a variety of seafood and rice dishes.
Contains: onion flakes, celery flakes, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, black & white peppercorns, cayenne.
