Bay Seasoning

We’ve dressed up this American classic of coastal cooking by placing a slight Southern twist on it’s standard ingredients. The outcome? We can’t stop eating fish! From shell fish to just about any ocean fish, this is the perfect seasoning to deliver directly onto the fish or mixed into a breading before frying or in a breadcrumb crust for broiling. Our Bay Seasoning brings a powerful burst of flavor to what could normally be a tasteless fish fillet. Keep it simple by sprinkling on a fillet and saute in some olive oil and butter. Sprinkle it over cooked shell fish as a finishing touch.
