Tired of that same old meatloaf? Spice it up with Baharat! It is also traditionally used with lamb, lentils, soups, and pilafs. Mix with olive oil and coat meat prior to roasting. Feel free to add fresh herbs like mint or cilantro to enhance this rub. Baharat actually means “spice” in the Middle East. It can be used to perk up just about any dish.
