Use 365 Oven Smoked BBQ Rub as a dry rub. For beef or pork, rub into meat and refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. Cook on rack at 275 degrees for 3-4 hours for the best flavor. For chicken, use as a rub and refrigerate 2-3 hours then bake accordingly.
