Use Cajun Blackening Blend to seal in juices, creating a tender meat, and form a crisp spicy crust on the outside.  Very high heat is needed when blackening. Coat meat or fish fillets generously with blend.  Sear in hot oil until smoke appears and a hard crust forms.  Blend can also be used just to season pork chops or fish without the blackening technique.

Contains: bay leaves, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, mustard seeds, peppercorns, cumin, thyme, onion flakes, cayenne, and celery seeds.
